What Auditori connects to

11 connections available today, plus what we are working on and what we are not.

Connect anything

If a system of yours can make an HTTP request or receive one, it can talk to Auditori.

  • REST API

    Available now

Read students, enrolments and outcomes, programs, trainers, venues, employers and invoices. Create and update learners, enrol them, record outcomes, mark attendance for a whole class in one call, and raise invoices.

Scoped to exactly what you grant, and included in every plan.

  • Webhooks

    Available now

Be told the moment a document is approved, an outcome is recorded, an invoice is paid, a USI is missing or a trainer credential is about to expire.

Signed, retried with backoff, and every attempt visible in your settings with a Send again button.

  • Zapier

    Available by invite

Connect Auditori to several thousand other apps without writing anything — a new learner into your CRM, a paid invoice into your accounting spreadsheet, an expiring ticket into Slack.

Working now, and shared by invitation while it goes through Zapier’s directory review. Ask us and we will send you the link.

  • MCP server

    Available now

Point an AI assistant at your own data and ask it questions that would otherwise mean opening three screens — which learners are missing a USI, whose credentials lapse before the next session.

It can write too, but only if you give it a key with permission to. A read-only key answers questions and changes nothing.

Your learning platform

Keep the LMS you already run. Content generated here can be delivered inside it.

  • SCORM 1.2

    Available now

Export a generated learner guide as a SCORM package and import it into Moodle, or whatever your LMS is. One page per section, so your platform builds its own contents list.

1.2 rather than 2004, because that is what this market runs and every LMS imports it.

  • xAPI (Tin Can)

    Available now

The same guide, reporting to a Learning Record Store instead of to the LMS playing it — for when completions from several vendors need to land in one place.

  • Moodle sync

    Available now

Send learners and their enrolments straight into your Moodle, and see back what each of them has completed.

Connect with a web service token from your own site. Completions come back as a report — they never become an assessment outcome on their own, because course completion is not a competency judgement.

Compliance and reporting

The connections specific to being an Australian RTO.

  • training.gov.au

    Available now

Units and qualifications come straight from the national register, including their elements, performance criteria and assessment conditions.

Generated documents are mapped against it, so they cite the live unit rather than a stale copy.

  • AVETMISS / NCVER

    Available now

NAT files generated from your enrolment data, ready to validate and submit.

Built against release 8.0, with 8.1 handled ahead of its 1 January 2027 start. Including the supplement format, if you deliver government-funded training that is not on the National Training Register.

  • USI Registry

    In progress

Verify a Unique Student Identifier against the registry itself, rather than only checking that it is shaped like one.

A mistyped USI is already caught the moment it is entered, rather than at your next submission. Checking it against the registry — that it exists, and that it belongs to this student and not another real person — is built, and waiting on Commonwealth credentials and your authorisation for us to ask on your behalf.

  • VET Information Standard (STARS)

    In progress

The standard replacing AVETMISS: quarterly, event-based reporting submitted straight into NCVER’s STARS platform instead of NAT files.

Every RTO has to be reporting this way by January 2029, and when you can move depends on your student management system being ready. Ours reports the lot — students, enrolments, qualifications and results — and NCVER has accepted it. What is left is credentials issued to you, so nothing has gone in on a real provider’s behalf yet. Your AVETMISS reporting carries on unchanged until you switch.

  • State funding contracts

    Available now

Smart and Skilled, Skills First, Certificate 3 Guarantee, Jobs and Skills WA — each with its own file format and rules.

Every state and territory, in the format its own authority expects. Record the contracts you hold, attach enrolments to them, and choose who you are submitting to when you export. If something that authority requires is missing from your data, you are told before you submit rather than after.

Money and access

Billing and sign-in.

  • Stripe

    Available now

Invoices are issued and paid through Stripe, so payment reaches you without anyone chasing a bank transfer.

  • Xero

    In progress

Send an invoice you issued here into Xero as a draft, so it lands in your accounts without re-keying.

Built, and not yet switched on for anyone — it has to be checked against real books first. Payments recorded in Xero do not yet flow back. Ask us if you want to be first.

  • Google and Microsoft sign-in

    In progress

Let your team sign in with the account they already have, instead of another password.

Built, and waiting on OAuth clients being registered with Google and Microsoft.

Need one that is not here?

Most things can be done today through the API, a webhook or a Zap. If you are blocked on something specific, tell us what you are trying to do — that is what decides what gets built next.
