About us
Built for the people already doing it properly.
We kept hearing the same thing from RTO consultants and from trainer-assessors, and it was never “help us cut corners”. It was that they knew their delivery was sound, and they were exhausted by having to prove it.
The people we work with are consultants who look after a portfolio of RTOs, and the trainers and assessors doing the delivery. Different jobs, same complaint: they were sick of the audit. Not because they had anything to hide — because they were confident they were operating safely and delivering good training, and still had to spend weeks assembling the paperwork that said so.
The reason is not that the sector is careless. It is that almost nobody has brought serious technical attention to it. While every other industry was handed better tools, VET was left on manual systems, spreadsheets and templates copied from the last registration. That is the kind of process that quietly goes wrong — a mapping matrix that no longer matches the unit, a document that drifted from the assessment it was written for — and then somebody has to sit across from an auditor and explain it.
Auditori exists to end that. The assembly work becomes software; the judgement stays with the person qualified to make it.
We are not here to make it easy for bad actors to look compliant. For the ones who genuinely are, we save thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours.
That distinction decides what we build. Nothing here manufactures evidence or signs anything off on your behalf, and the review-and-approval step is not a formality we could remove to look faster. An RTO cutting corners gets no help from us. An RTO doing the work properly stops paying for the privilege in weekends.
What we hold to
A human signs off
Nothing we generate is compliant because we say so. The Standards for RTOs and ASQA’s guidance on AI in VET both require a suitably qualified person to review and validate AI-assisted work, and the product is built around that rather than around it.
Show your working
Every document carries an audit trail — what was generated, from which unit, by which model, and who approved it. If you cannot show a regulator how a document came to exist, it is not much use to you.
Published prices
What things cost is on the pricing page, in Australian dollars, with no lock-in on the platform and no sales call required to find out.
Built for Australian VET
Units come from training.gov.au, the documents follow the shapes Australian auditors and sites actually expect, and the whole thing is written against the Standards for RTOs rather than adapted from somewhere else.
